Gingerbread Cookies
• Warm spices, soft center
• Great for cutters & decorating
Ingredients
• Butter 115 g (soft)
• Brown sugar 100 g
• Molasses 80 g
• Egg 1
• AP flour 360 g
• Ginger 2 tsp
• Cinnamon 2 tsp
• Cloves ¼ tsp
• Baking soda 1 tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
Method
1. Cream butter + sugar
2. Add molasses, egg
3. Mix dry ingredients → combine
4. Chill 1 hour
5. Roll 5 mm, cut into your favorite shap
6. Bake 175°C, 8–10 min
